Senior Manager - Corporate Accounts - Financial Reporting & Standalone - CA

A leading diversified corporate group is seeking a Chartered Accountant to lead standalone financial reporting and regulatory compliance within the Corporate Accounts function.

The role involves preparation of standalone financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements, managing audits, driving process improvements, and partnering with multiple business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quarterly and annual standalone financial statements and results.

- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, and SEBI LODR requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors and business teams for financial reporting and statutory requirements.

- Analyse complex business transactions and recommend appropriate accounting treatment.

- Drive automation and process improvements within the financial reporting function.

- Support budgeting, actuarial valuation, and management reporting activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant with a maximum of 3 attempts.

- Around 10 years of experience in corporate accounting and financial reporting.

- Strong expertise in Ind AS, Companies Act, and SEBI LODR compliance.

- Experience in preparation of standalone financial statements.

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Must be willing to work onsite from Worli and reside within Borivali, Thane, or nearby locations.
