Job Description Sr. Manager (Non-Large, First & Last Mile Operations)

Role Purpose

The Regional Manager will lead Cluster, Area, and Territory Managers to ensure operational excellence across First Mile, Last Mile, and Reverse logistics for Non-Large supply chain operations. The role focuses on driving cost efficiency, profitability of hubs, adherence to SOPs, and scaling alternate delivery channels under the Reach Expansion Project, with the vision of delivering a seamless e-commerce experience to every Indian household.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead regional operations to ensure hubs are cost-efficient, profitable, and compliant with SOPs.

- Drive Variable & Fixed Cost optimization through data-driven initiatives in collaboration with Ops, Finance, Design, and Network teams.

- Build and execute city-level cost improvement plans while aligning Model Mix/Flex strategies with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

- Enhance Wish master productivity and earnings through targeted programs and performance levers.

- Transition from manual monitoring to automated, scalable processes and reporting.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement innovative, scalable solutions.

- Provide regular updates to leadership and mentor Cluster/Area/Territory Managers to build a high-performance team.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 812 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management.

- Strong expertise in cost optimization, process automation, and large-scale team leadership.

- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with proven ability to deliver data-driven results.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
