Role Overview :
The Senior Manager - Content Strategy will be instrumental in shaping and executing content strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. This role revolves around leading a team of content analysts and reviewers who work within the space of LLM and AI. And it will also be responsible for analyzing content performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize content effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing delivery.
- Lead the content planning process, set KPIs for the team and execute the content-related deliverables.
- Conduct in-depth content audits and competitive analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of high-quality content as a part of the delivery model.
- Utilize data analytics to track content performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage and mentor a team of content strategists and writers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality content production.
- Collaborate with leadership to reevaluate content solutions within existing workflows and platforms.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in the areas of content strategy, AI, and digital marketing.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful content strategies that drive business results.
- Proven expertise in editorial planning, content creation, and content review.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in leveraging AI technologies to enhance content creation and optimization is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent command over English language: grammar and content flow in particular.
- 6-10 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial management.
