
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple commercial analytics projects across diverse therapy areas (oncology, immunology, rare diseases, cardiovascular, etc.).
- Drive secondary research to build foundational knowledge for primary market research and strategic analysis.
- Review and refine materials for primary market research including screeners, discussion guides, quantitative surveys, and stimuli.
- Supervise qualitative and quantitative interviews with HCPs, KOLs, and payers to extract actionable
insights.
- Prepare and lead client calls, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Develop and present high-impact client deliverables including strategic decks, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and optionally Python/SQL (preferable)
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering skill development and quality delivery.
- Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
Key Competencies:
- Proven leadership and project management experience in life sciences consulting, with a strong track record of delivering strategic insights.
- Deep understanding of US healthcare data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, DRG, CMS) and their application in commercial analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); working knowledge of Python and SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to present complex data and insights to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
- Strategic and client-centric mindset with therapeutic area-specific expertise.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences (e.g., pharmacology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences); MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in life sciences commercial strategy consulting, with exposure to US clients and regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing primary market research (quantitative and qualitative) and engaging with stakeholders such as HCPs, KOLs, and payers.
- Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, or other analytics platforms to support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Personal drive, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
