Key Responsibilities:-
1. Boost Bluelink subscription renewals through coordination with dealerships, sales, and service teams while managing GTM strategies including branding, marketing, press releases, and launch events.
2. Identify revenue opportunities via data monetization, royalties, and new services; oversee new projects from approval and budgeting to development, testing, and go-live.
3. Handle customer VOC through surveys, feedback resolution, and engagement initiatives to improve experience; conduct competitive benchmarking and market surveys.
4. Lead operational management of Bluelink and VAS platforms, ensuring performance, reducing complaints, and monitoring partner effectiveness.
Manage team performance with regular one-on-one reviews, KPI guidance, motivation for efficiency, and policy/process improvements with stakeholders.
