Description: Senior Compliance Manager for Multinational Sourcing Company in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Social, Environmental, and Product Compliance functions across factories and sourcing units.
- Graduate / Post-Graduate degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Management, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Social & Environmental Compliance within manufacturing or sourcing environments.
- Strong working knowledge of FWF, FLA, Fairtrade, and customer compliance codes of conduct.
- Hands-on experience with BSCI, Sedex, WRAP, SLCP, and Higg FEM implementation.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive factory-level improvements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
