Senior Manager - Compliance Assurance - Insurance

Responsible for ensuring that company's processes etc. meet the regulatory requirements. Review of controls to comply with various regulatory requirements.

Work on:

- Compliance KPIs and testing the controls

- Thematic reviews

- Regulatory Compliances: Review of implementation of new regulations and testing thereof.

- IRDAI Mock Inspection reviews and data collation and verifications

- Analysis of IRDAI orders on peer insurers and testing of compliance levels of the company thereof

- Any other time bound assignments related to regulatory compliance monitoring.

Qualifications:

- CA/MBA with 7+ years

Experience:

- Experience in audit, Compliance reviews and testing, Actuarial process reviews, Finance process reviews
