Senior Manager - Compensation/Total Rewards - US Market

Need candidates ONLY from Consulting firms having at least 8 years in compensation/Total rewards for US markets.

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Shift: General

Budget: ~50 LPA Fixed (Open to Negotiation)

Model: 5 days' work from office

What You'll Do:

- Partner with leadership to shape compensation strategy

- Manage annual cycles (merit, bonus, equity)

- Lead benchmarking & job architecture initiatives

- Drive automation and process improvements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 12+ years of overall experience, including 8+ years in compensation experience for US markets

- A background in Consulting / Big 4 is a must

- Strong expertise in US market compensation

- Skilled in compensation design, analytics & benchmarking

- Proven track record as a strategic advisor to business leaders
