About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join a high-impact finance team based in Hyderabad. This role plays a critical part in driving the annual compensation review cycle, firm-wide budgeting and forecasting, and strategic financial analysis that supports senior leadership decision-making.
The position offers exposure to compensation strategy, workforce planning, financial analytics, and leadership of a small team, within a fast-paced and analytically driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and evaluate compensation frameworks aligned with business strategy and talent objectives
- Conduct industry compensation benchmarking and recommend salary ranges and year-end increments
- Drive the annual budgeting process and periodic rolling forecasts
- Analyze headcount, compensation, and expense trends; track actuals versus plan
- Build and maintain financial and non-financial dashboards, reports, and simulation models to support dynamic business requirements
- Handle ad-hoc financial and strategic analysis as required by leadership
- Lead and mentor a small team of managers and analysts
Required Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance or Human Resources
- 912 years of relevant experience in FP&A, compensation planning, compensation analytics, or a closely related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze large, complex datasets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to independently structure and solve unstructured business problems
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI
