Role: Sr Manager - Compensation and Benefits Location : Bangalore, India Responsibilities : - Executes C&B processes to support and align with the business needs and strategy. Areas include global benefits programs, policy framework, annual and periodic salary review processes, Annual Incentive Plans, M&A, equity processes and employee insurance renewals. - Analyses complex data, provides performance and compensation & benefits analysis and simulations on individuals or groups to support decision making. - Provides ongoing support to the business (managers, employees, Finance, legal, HR and other functions) on the various aspects of compensation & benefits. Maintains ongoing contact with external compensation and benefits vendors. - Exceptional requests - Provides research and data analysis, (e.g., forecasts and simulations) for HR or C&B managers for exceptional /nonstandard/tailored compensation and benefits packages or elements of pay. - Develop communication materials regarding the various aspects of compensation & benefits. - Conducts analyses of market trends, providing basic insights from compensation & benefits surveys. - Performs costs analyses and forecasts, providing data and insights to stakeholders at the corporate economics and management levels. - Monitors specific employee-related costs and budgets throughout the years. - Mergers, Acquisitions & Rebadging - Is involved with projects such as restructuring activities, mergers & acquisitions, rebadge transfers. - Own and manager HR Information Systems, C&B modules and related systems- are engaged with operating systems as well as the upload/download of data. Develops and generates reports from IT systems and databases and perform data reconciliation. - Is involved in the configuration and testing of new HR Information systems. Critical Experiences : - Must have experience in and proficiency with advanced spreadsheets at a high level, preferably in the use of formulas and macros - 8 years of experience including relevant experience in economics, finance or HR - Experience working in a multicultural global company - advantage Credentials : - Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Economics, Statistics, HR or the equivalent. Alternatively, a degree in Business Administration. - Post graduate diploma or degree in HR or equivalent - advantage
