
Senior Manager - Compensation & Rewards - GCC (15-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- Lead and manage global compensation and rewards programs across salary, merit, bonus, and long-term incentive processes.
- Partner with HRBPs, People leaders, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide compensation advice on offers, promotions, job changes, retention, market adjustments, and annual planning.
- Drive market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitive, equitable, and consistent pay practices.
- Support and strengthen job architecture, job levelling, salary structures, and compensation governance across geographies.
- Manage annual compensation cycles, including performance calibration inputs, merit planning, bonus planning, compensation review tools, and stakeholder communication.
- Lead pay equity reviews and support global pay transparency and equal pay requirements.
- Improve compensation reporting, analytics, data quality, dashboards, and decision-ready insights.
- Enhance Workday/HRIS compensation processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled workflows.
- Support executive compensation benchmarking, analysis, and leadership materials.
- Educate and advise leaders and HR teams on compensation philosophy, market trends, and pay practices.
- Lead and develop a junior Compensation Analyst while maintaining high quality and execution standards.
- Operate as a hands-on compensation leader, balancing strategic advisory responsibilities with detailed execution.
Must-Have Requirements :
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Compensation / Total Rewards
- Strong hands-on experience in Global or Multi-country Compensation
- Mandatory experience supporting the US and at least one European country

- Salary planning and merit cycles
- Bonus and incentive programs
- Market pricing and compensation benchmarking
- Compensation surveys
- Job architecture and job levelling
- Salary bands and compensation structures
- Internal equity and pay equity
- Experience managing annual compensation planning cycles.
- Strong experience advising senior stakeholders, HRBPs, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.
- Hands-on experience with Workday or another major HRIS; Workday Advanced Compensation is highly preferred.
