About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive performance management: KRA setting, mid-year & annual appraisals, and employee surveys
- Provide guidance on merit increases based on internal parity, performance, and talent segmentation
- Manage insurance programs GTL, GMC
- Support organization design and restructuring initiatives
- Conduct Talent Reviews and succession planning for key leadership roles
- Lead Home Office-focused surveys (FGDs) and action planning
- Handle grievance redressal and POSH cases
- HRMS administration and implementation of new modules
What Were Looking For:
- Hands-on with performance management, talent reviews & org projects
- FMCG industry experience is a must
- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
- Ready to join immediately
