
1. Evaluating and enhancing existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures to ensure market competitiveness.
2. Design innovative incentive programs to support the company's ambitious growth plan.
3. Regularly conduct market benchmarking and compensation surveys to ensure the company remains competitive in terms of salary.
4. Develop & implement Long Term Incentive Programs for critical talent segments.
5. Perform a salary forecasting exercise to manage annual salary overhead budgets.
6. Ensuring all compensation programs, policies, and procedures comply with applicable laws & regulations.
7. Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards and analytics to enable data-driven decision making.
8. Oversee annual increment cycles, variable pay processes and related compensation activities for the company.
