We are hiring for one of our global fintech companies for the search of Senior Manager Compensation and Benefits based out of Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
- Possess an MBA in Human Resources or Finance, with 8-13 years of experience in compensation planning, compensation management, or a related field.
- Lead the annual compensation review cycle, ensuring the compensation strategy and year-end salary adjustments are finalized and executed effectively.
- Develop the annual budget and rolling forecasts, analyze actual performance trends, and monitor the firms overall financial performance.
- Conduct benchmarking of industry compensation data and recommend compensation ranges and year-end increments to support the firms talent attraction and retention goals.
- Utilize hands-on experience with HRIS systems and Power BI or other reporting tools to support compensation analytics and reporting.
