Role: Senior Manager - Compensation and Benefits

Experience: 10 - 12 Years

Location: Chennai

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in Global Compensation and Benefits

- Exposure to C&B strategy, benchmarking, salary structures and annual compensation cycles

- Experience in variable pay, incentives, benefits administration and compensation analytics

- Good understanding of global C&B practices across multiple geographies

- Experience working with HR leadership / global stakeholders

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills

- GCC / MNC experience preferred
