Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to join our Bangalore office as a Senior Manager - Compensation and Benefits. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the architect of our global rewards philosophy, ensuring our compensation structures remain market-competitive while driving high performance and employee retention. You will work closely with the CHRO, business unit heads, and finance leadership to align our total rewards strategy with the company's long-term financial objectives. By translating complex data into actionable insights, you will directly influence our ability to attract top-tier talent and foster a culture of meritocracy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that align with organizational goals to ensure we remain a preferred employer in a competitive talent market.

- Lead the annual compensation planning cycle, including salary benchmarking, bonus distribution, and equity management, to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.

- Oversee the design and administration of diverse benefits and rewards programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our workforce while optimizing cost-efficiency.

- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations on executive compensation and incentive structures that drive sustainable business outcomes.

- Manage complex compensation and rewards projects, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and global governance standards to mitigate organizational risk.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep expertise in designing complex compensation frameworks, including variable pay, long-term incentives, and global benefits benchmarking.

- Exhibit exceptional analytical capabilities to interpret large datasets and translate them into strategic narratives for executive-level decision-making.

- Possess the interpersonal maturity to navigate sensitive discussions with senior leadership and influence organizational policy through persuasive communication.

- Showcase a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment, ensuring seamless delivery of HR operations.

- Hold a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute, complemented by 15 - 20 years of progressive experience in total rewards management.
