Senior Manager - Commercial Finance - EPC Firm

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional with a strong background in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) sector. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with proven expertise in financial planning, statutory compliance, and data-driven reporting. This role demands a proactive individual with excellent analytical capabilities and strong command over financial systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage statutory audits, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

- Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for performance tracking and decision-making.

- Oversee Cost to Company (CTC) calculations and compensation analytics.

- Utilize SAP for financial reporting, data management, and process optimization.

- Create impactful presentations and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and financial planning.

- Present financial insights and reports to senior leadership with clarity and precision.
