Senior Manager - Commercial Due Diligence - BFSI - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/CA

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Due Diligence professional to join a high-performing consulting team within the Financial Services sector. This role offers exposure to high-impact strategy and deal advisory engagements, while working closely with global and domestic clients across industries.

The position is ideal for professionals who enjoy leading complex problem-solving engagements, driving actionable insights, and managing client relationships in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead delivery teams on high-impact commercial due diligence and strategy engagements for global and Indian clients

- Break down complex business problems into key focus areas and derive actionable insights

- Develop robust market models, financial analyses, and commercial assessments

- Understand client business models, industry dynamics, and value drivers within financial services

- Prepare client-ready reports and presentations with strategic recommendations

- Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality project execution

- Contribute to business development and growth initiatives

- Mentor and guide team members to deliver excellence across engagements

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 4-6 years of post MBA / CA experience in strategy

- Prior experience within Financial Services sector (preferred)

- MBA from a premium institute or CA qualification

- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities

- Experience working with top consulting firms will be an advantage

- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills

- Ability to work in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment
