Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and sales strategy, ensuring achievement of monthly and annual targets
- Own and manage the station P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with key clients, advertisers, and agency partners
- Lead ATL & BTL marketing initiatives across offline and digital platforms
- Drive on-ground activations, events, partnerships, and audience engagement programs
- Manage digital marketing including social media, online campaigns, and influencer collaborations
- Act as the primary escalation and relationship owner for strategic accounts
- Ensure seamless execution of client campaigns with internal programming, sales, and marketing teams
- Oversee day-to-day station operations, team leadership, and productivity
- Analyze market trends, competition, and audience insights to identify growth opportunities
- Represent the station at industry forums, networking platforms, and client engagements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in media sales, revenue delivery, and P&L management
- Proven track record in key client acquisition and relationship management
- Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, offline & digital marketing ecosystems
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic execution skills
- Commercially driven with a strong market orientation
Experience & Qualification:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
- 8 - 12+ years of experience in media, broadcasting, advertising sales, or marketing leadership roles
- Prior station management, business head, or revenue leadership experience preferred
