Description:
- Lead client engagements to understand needs, preferences, and challenges related to speed, cost, quality, and workplace innovation.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell tech-enabled services, including AI tools.
- Coordinate with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality proposals and pitches.
Business Development &Operations:
- Conduct market research to map stakeholders, competition, and industry trends to sharpen pursuit strategies.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline by monitoring leads, qualified deals, pitches, and closures.
- Build relationships with PMCs, commercial real estate agents, landlords, client real estate teams, and other ecosystem partners to sustain top-of-funnel activity.
- Contribute to the creation of high-impact proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Collaboration & Culture:
- Uphold and promote the collaborative and open communication culture that defines and our values of Teamwork, Integrity, and Excellence.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across all our P&Ls to support sales processes, including lead qualification, strategy development, client outreach, pitch coordination, and guiding the sales process through to deal closure and signing.
