About the Role:

As Senior Manager - Clean Energy Access, you will lead the design and implementation of clean energy programs in India, driving initiatives that bring modern energy solutions to underserved communities. This is a leadership role that combines strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement to advance energy access and climate resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Strategy & Execution: Implement clean energy access programs aligned with organizational goals, including electric cooking and productive-use appliances.

- Program Oversight: Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards for multiple projects.

- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team of professionals.

- Partnership Development: Forge impactful collaborations with government, industry, and NGOs.

- Advocacy & Communication: Represent the organization at national and international forums.

- Business Development: Drive fundraising and donor engagement for program growth.

Who You Are:

- 10+ years of experience in energy efficiency, clean energy, or public policy in India.

- Proven track record in program design, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

- Graduate degree in engineering, economics, environmental science, or related field (Master's preferred).

- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
