Hiring: Senior Manager - Chief of Staff (Healthcare)
Scope: Partner closely with the COO and translate business priorities into measurable outcomes by driving cross-functional execution, governance, tracking business performance through data-driven insights, identifying execution risks, and ensuring timely delivery of key transformation initiatives.
Role Overview :
We are looking for a high-potential professional to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced healthcare organisation. The role will involve driving strategic initiatives, analysing business performance, and supporting cross-functional decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and business priorities.
- Drive and support strategic initiatives across functions.
- Analyse business performance using data and analytics.
- Support senior leadership in cross-functional decision-making.
- Use Power BI and analytics to generate insights and support business performance analysis.
Candidate Profile :
- 25 years of relevant experience in B2C or D2C companies.
- Experience working in the Indian market is mandatory.
- Strong Power BI and Analytics skills.
- Candidates with B2B-only experience will not be considered.
- Candidates from sectoral industries such as Mining, Steel, Shipping, Solar, IT, etc. will not be considered. -
- Preferred industry experience includes FMCG, Retail, Tyres, Telecom, Paints, and Insurance.
Education Full-time MBA from any of the following institutes is mandatory: IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, IIM Lucknow, IIM Indore, IIM Kozhikode, SPJIMR, IIM Rohtak, IIM Udaipur, or ISB.
Prior Experience:
- 2 - 5 years prior experience in B2C and D2C companies.
- Proficiency in PowerBI and analytics.
Education:
- MBA from a premier business school only (such as IIM A, B, C, L, Indore, Kozhikode, SP Jain, Rohtak, Udaipur, ISB).
- Full time MBA only.
