Designation: Senior Manager/Chief Manager

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in print media circulation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive circulation growth and retention strategies for the Mumbai region.
- Use data analytics to identify market trends, reader preferences and distribution performance.
- Track and improve subscription growth, churn and geographic penetration.
- Coordinate with distribution partners, vendors and internal teams to streamline circulation operations.
- Develop and execute market development plans to expand reach and reader base.
- Monitor competitive activity and implement responsive strategies to maintain market leadership.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- MBA from a Tier 2 business school (candidates from Tier 3 institutes will not be considered).
- 5 to 7 years of experience in media circulation or media sales roles.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, excel, dashboards and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and apply findings to business strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and apply findings to business strategies using AI-powered insights.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled CRM tools, reader profiling and personalization engines is a plus.
