We are hiring Senior/Chief Manager - Brand Marketing for one of our clients, which is one of the leading life insurance companies in India.

Job Purpose:
Lead the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand identity, awareness, and customer engagement, driving business growth. Requires deep understanding of the Indian market, consumer behaviour, and competition. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and contribute to organization's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Planning: Develop annual brand plans aligned with business and marketing strategies and brand guidelines. Define and manage brand identity and messaging consistency across all channels. Conduct India-focused market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities. Develop brand positioning and value propositions relevant to the Indian target audience.
- Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor integrated campaigns across digital, social, traditional media, and on-ground activations for maximum reach in India. Create compelling, brand-aligned content. Manage external agencies. Ensure timely, on-budget campaign delivery with measurable results.
- Digital Brand Management: Develop and manage digital presence (website, social media, apps) to enhance visibility and engagement. Implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, content) using data for optimization
- Product Alignment: Collaborate with product development to ensure brand consistency in new product launches.
- Brand Communication & Promotion: Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance awareness and reputation, reinforcing customer commitment. Manage media and PR for positive coverage. Plan and execute brand promotion activities (events, sponsorships) to build loyalty and enhance brand image.
- Budget Management & Performance Analysis: Develop and manage the brand marketing budget for ROI maximization. Track and analyze KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and provide regular performance reports and insights
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
- [6-10] years in brand management, preferably in Indian financial services/insurance.
- Proven success in developing and executing brand strategies in the Indian market.
- Strong understanding of the Indian life insurance market and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and web analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
KPI
Brand Awareness: Track increases in unaided and aided awareness, brand recall, social media reach, website traffic (direct/organic), and media mentions.
Brand Consideration: Monitor the brand consideration score, top-of-mind awareness, brand preference, and engagement rates on brand channels.
Impact & Efficiency: Evaluate the Marketing ROI of awareness and consideration campaigns.
Brand Strategy Implementation & Alignment: Successful development and execution of brand strategies that demonstrably contribute to increased awareness and consideration scores, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
