Description:

The Opportunity:

Are you a change catalyst looking to shape the future of a global People function? Join Fidelitys CPO Change and Innovation team, a centralised global hub dedicated to supporting the Chief People Officer. We bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring we prioritise the right initiatives to meet the evolving needs of our global business.

From driving large-scale AI and regulatory initiatives to enhancing the day-to-day employee experience and D&I culture, our team is at the heart of Fidelitys operational transformation.

The Role:

As a CPO Change Manager, you will be a versatile lead, providing project management, change analysis, and implementation support across our diverse portfolio. You wont just manage tasks; you will ensure that every changefrom Workday enhancements to global culture programmesis successfully embedded and delivers high-value outcomes for our people.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Delivery: Manage the lifecycle of business, operational, and continuous improvement initiatives within the CPO portfolio.

- Strategic Analysis: Conduct impact assessments and support the triage process for new ideas to ensure alignment with global CPO goals.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate communication workstreams and build robust relationships with Enterprise Technology, Enterprise Change, and regional leadership.

- Facilitation & Design: Lead workshops to define processes, data, and system requirements with cross-functional working groups.

- Agile Partnership: Support delivery teams through backlog refinement, prioritisation, and sprint management to ensure steady progress and transparency.

About You:

You are a change specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-regional environment. You possess the unique ability to balance technical project rigor with the "human side" of change.

Required Experience & Skills:

- HR Domain Expertise: Proven experience in project management and change analysis within an HR environment (Workday knowledge is highly preferred).

- Communication Excellence: High-level documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and gain agreement from internal customers at all levels.

- Global Mindset: Experience working across diverse regions to implement new functionality, processes, or ways of working.

- Agile Fluency: Familiarity with agile methodologies, including experience in sprint management and backlog refinement.

- Independence: The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple, competing change initiatives simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
