We are seeking an experienced Manager with 8 to 10 years of proven expertise in driving operational excellence and leading multi-functional teams to be an integral part of the Central Operations team.

The Manager, Central Operations is a strategic role responsible for overseeing the core operational functions that drive organizational efficiency and execution. This position directly manages a team, centrally governing program management, operational analytics, budget allocation and vendor empanelment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and scaling operational processes, ensuring rigorous program execution, and translating complex data into actionable strategies. You will leverage your deep understanding of process optimization, financial stewardship, and performance metrics to ensure efficient resource utilization and high standards across all operational pillars.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Learning Council:

- Learning council is a forum which includes all BU Functional academy learning managers

- Collaborate with learning council members to gather new needs (Behavioural /leadership) on a quarterly basis to design and execute learning solutions.

- Govern the organizational learning metrics along with the council members and strategize ways to improve the same on a continuous basis, providing all necessary support to the council while holding them accountable for the outcomes.

- Organize and track the governance forums for the learning council. Follow through and ensure closure on key action items as agreed by the council members.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and high performance.

- Allocate resources effectively across program management, analytics, budget and vendor tasks to meet business priorities.

Program Management & Execution:

- Oversee the centralized program management function, ensuring critical cross-functional initiatives are planned, executed, and delivered on time and within scope.

- Define and standardize PMO processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.

- Act as the escalation point for significant program roadblocks and risks, developing mitigation strategies.

Operational Analytics & Reporting:

- Drive the team to develop and maintain key operational dashboards and reporting to track performance metrics.

- Translate complex data and analytical insights into actionable strategies and recommendations for senior leadership.

- Identify areas of operational inefficiency and leverage data to propose and champion process improvements.

Financial & Budget Management:

- Manage the annual and quarterly operations budget, tracking expenditures and ensuring compliance with financial targets.

- Collaborate with finance and department heads to forecast operational needs and justify resource requests.

- Implement cost-optimization initiatives without compromising service quality.

Vendor Empanelment & Management:

- Streamline the vendor empanelment process, including due diligence, contract negotiation support, and onboarding.

- Establish and enforce vendor performance monitoring frameworks to ensure high standards of service delivery and compliance.

- Maintain the central repository of approved vendors and contract documentation.
