Senior Manager Category & Brand Management (Luxury Brands) Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities: - Own category P&L, revenue, GMV, margins, and profitability. - Build seasonal and annual business plans to drive category growth. - Manage partnerships with domestic and international luxury brands. - Negotiate commercial terms, exclusives, and new brand launches. - Curate premium assortments across fashion, handbags, footwear, and accessories. - Lead seasonal buying, pricing, and inventory planning. - Partner with Marketing, CRM, Creative, and Operations teams to drive campaigns and customer growth. - Track key metrics including AOV, conversion, sell-through, and inventory health. - Lead and mentor the category team while driving cross-functional initiatives. Candidate Profile: - 812 years of experience in Category Management, Buying, Merchandising, or Brand Management. - Strong exposure to luxury or premium fashion, accessories, handbags, footwear, or designer brands. - Experience managing category P&L, vendor negotiations, assortment planning, and pricing strategy. - Strong analytical skills with Excel and business reporting tools.
