
We are Looking a Candidate for one of our Client. It is US Shift
Essential duties/responsibilities:
1. Lead, hire, train, and mentor a team of Collections and Cash Application Specialists.
2. Establish clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve collections efficiency and reduce DSO.
4. Oversee daily cash application processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
5. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to resolve payment issues.
6. Monitor key metrics and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
7. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across collections and cash application functions.
8. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
9. Handle escalations and complex customer issues with professionalism and urgency.
10. Support audits and provide documentation as required.
11. Participate in strategic planning and budgeting for the department.
Required Job Skills and Abilities:
1. Proven leadership experience in managing finance teams
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (Workday Financials preferred)
5. Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures
6. Experience with process improvement and change management.
7. High attention to detail and organizational skills
Required Education and Experience:
1. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2. 7+ years of experience in collections and cash application
3. 5+ years in a leadership role.
