Job Title: Senior Manager - Cargo Operations.

Location: Thane, Maharashtra.

Experience: 10-15 Years, inclusive of 45 years of proven experience in Cargo Operations.

CTC: 35 Lacs (Negotiable, Depending on Experience).

Key Pointers:

- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in the shipping industry, inclusive of 45 years of proven experience in Cargo Operations.

- Strong exposure to end-to-end operations (handling, routing, warehousing).

- Prefer profiles with hands-on ownership in dynamic / mid-scale setups.

- Entire Cargo Operations life cycle management.

- Planning & execution.

- GCC Stakeholders Management.

Mandatory Keywords: Vessel planning, load list creation, stowage planning, vessel cleaner / cargo planning, process mindset.

Core Expertise:

- Cargo operations management & process efficiency.

- Regulatory compliance (IATA, customs, safety).

- Vendor / carrier / GHA management.

- Cost optimization & contract negotiation.

Leadership:

- Managed teams (10-30+) with clear people accountability.

- Experience handling cross-functional and on-ground coordination.

Impact Orientation:

- Demonstrated cost savings, TAT improvement, service SLAs.

- Strong focus on measurable outcomes.

Operations Depth:

- Exposure to high-volume, fast-paced environments.

- Ability to manage operational disruptions and process improvements.

Compliance & Safety:

- Proven experience in regulated environments (aviation/logistics).
