Our customer is a Real Estate Investment Management & Advisory firm with footprint across all leading Cities in India. We are looking at MBA or CA who is currently working in raising funds with Real Estate Advisory firm or with a Real Estate Fund on the buy side. He/She have primary relationships with developers & also own these relationships. Should have worked for at-least 5 years in this space post qualification & must have achieved financial closures in all years   Role  - Business development from Developers for their fund requirements  - Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions  - Manage the entire transaction process including, financial analysis, target identification, negotiation, legal and commercial closure  - Prepare information memorandums, financial analysis, analytical, market intelligence reports   - Work with Banks, Funds, NBFC's to raise funds for clients
