Senior Manager - Capital Markets - CA

We are looking forward for a suitable candidate for The position of Chartered Accountant role for the Capital Market Domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Industry : Must have proven experience in the Finance industry (Capital Market / Financial Broking Domain)

- Balance Sheet Finalization:

Responsible for the finalization of balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

- Income Tax Expertise: Should have hands-on experience in filing income tax returns, including familiarity with income tax return scrutiny processes.

- GST Return Filing: Responsible for preparing and filing GST returns, ensuring timely and accurate submission.

- Regulatory Reporting: Should be experienced in preparing and filing annual returns, specifically FLA (Foreign Liabilities and Assets) and APR (Annual Percentage Rate) reports.

- Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Must ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including the accurate and timely filing of FLA and APR reports.

Experience - Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Finance Industry (Capital Markets / Broking Industry)

Qualification :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI

- Proven experience in the finance industry

- Strong knowledge of tax laws, GST, and regulatory reporting requirements

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
