Senior Manager - Capital Markets & Investor Relations

Role: Senior Manager - Capital Markets & Investor Relations.

Location: Delhi.

CTC: - 40-70 LPA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead fundraising, investor engagement, and franchise partnerships end- to- end.

- Build investor pipeline, manage onboarding, and structure capital/franchise deals.

- Develop financial models (DCF, scenario/sensitivity analysis) and valuation frameworks.

- Monitor global capital markets and translate insights into funding strategy.

- Manage post- investment relations, franchisee KPIs, and compliance with governance frameworks.

Profile Requirements:

- 10-12 years' experience in capital markets, investment banking, PE/VC, or investor relations.

- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring expertise.

- Proven ability to engage with UHNI/HNI, family offices, and institutional investors.

- CA/CFA/CPA/MBA preferred; experience in cross- border transactions is an advantage.
