Senior Manager - Capital Markets

Role Description:

WeRize is looking for a highly driven and relationship-focused professional to lead our debt-raising initiatives and strategic lending partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for securing debt from banks, NBFCs, AIFs, and other relevant sources, while building and maintaining a strong network of NCD investors. You will also be instrumental in structuring FLDG models, co-lending partnerships, and managing ongoing lender relationships. This is a high-impact role that will directly contribute to WeRize's growth and lending capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Raise debt from banks, leading NBFCs, AIFs, and other relevant financial institutions.

- Build and manage a robust network of investors for NCDs, ensuring a strong and sustainable pipeline.

- Structure and execute FLDG models and co-lending partnerships with banks and NBFCs across multiple products.

- Prepare and share relevant data and information with existing and prospective lenders.

- Handle lender queries efficiently and provide timely updates.

- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with lenders and resolve operational or relationship issues.

Attributes we are looking for:

- 4-8 years of experience in debt raising, FLDG structuring, and co-lending partnerships within a leading FinTech, NBFC, bank, or investment bank.

- MBA (top-tier) or CA qualification is mandatory.

- Proven ability in relationship building, service orientation, follow-ups, and closure.

- Strong analytical skills, with a results-driven and self-motivated approach.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills.

- Prior experience in fintech, banking, or NBFC environments is a must.
