Senior Manager - Business Valuations - BFS

- Responsible for business development and oversight of the valuation practice , valuation of businesses, securities, and intangible assets for a wide range of tax, transaction and compliance purposes.

- Assists in growing and managing the group's Valuation Consulting practice.

- Manages/performs consulting engagements as required.

- Assists with proposals and business development, including the development of marketing materials and web-based marketing initiatives.

- Teams with personnel from other offices and industry groups to manage and develop consulting practices.

- Attends valuations industry trade shows and conferences and participates in firm-wide marketing and sales programs.

- Leverages technical knowledge and experience to provide effective project management and practice development.

Qualifications :

- MBA / CPA / CFA with 10 + years of working exp with min 7 years into Valuation.

- Previous experience handling multiple engagements simultaneously, while providing leadership and management over professional staff required.

- Prior success in leading key business development, project delivery and practice development activities preferred.

- Experience in serving mid-market clients preferred.
