Senior Manager - Business Process Transformation - Financial Services/Shared Services/GCC

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end process assessment, redesign, and optimization initiatives across operational functions.

- Analyze operational data, management information, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

- Develop future-state process models and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and control environments.

- Partner with business leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to drive transformation programs.

- Facilitate process workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution design sessions.

- Identify automation opportunities and support implementation of digital solutions.

Experience Required :

- 11+ years of experience in Process Transformation, Business Excellence, Process Consulting, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement.

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, Shared Services, or Global Capability Centers.

- Strong understanding of process re-engineering, process improvement methodologies, and operating model design.

- Experience conducting process assessments, gap analysis, and stakeholder workshops.

- Exposure to automation initiatives, digital transformation, or process mining projects.
