Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's business objectives of our companies in US and Europe. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the industries across focused markets. - Collaborate with senior management to define strategic priorities and align them with business goals of Exponents INC. & Expo display services GmbH. Market Analysis and Research: - Analyze market conditions, trade show customer needs, and competitive dynamics to support strategic decisions. - Prepare detailed market reports, forecasts, and feasibility studies for key projects set by the management. - Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for growth. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: - Track and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives and business development efforts by working with various depts. In India &USA. - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on strategic progress and outcomes. - Utilize data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in strategic planning and execution. Project Management: - Oversee the implementation of strategic projects across the group, ensuring they are delivered on time & within scope. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. - Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Innovation and Improvement: - Identify and implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance strategic outcomes. - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategic planning and business development. Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, finance, commerce, engineering or a related field. - Masters degree in Business Admin from a reputed college in India or Overseas. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in business planning, business development, or a related role in the exhibition industry (Preferred) - Minimum 4 years of experience in Project management or business development in a B2B company with at least 3 years of experience in business planning or strategy execution. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic initiatives. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to think creatively and strategically. - Strong project management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Willingness to travel as required.
