Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the companys business objectives of our companies in the US and Europe.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the industries across focused markets.
- Collaborate with senior management to define strategic priorities and align them with business goals
2. Market Analysis and Research:
- Prepare detailed market reports, forecasts, and feasibility studies for key projects set by the management.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for growth.
3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on strategic progress and outcomes.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in strategic planning and execution.
4. Project Management:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
5. Innovation and Improvement:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategic planning and business development.
Required:
- Masters degree in Business Admin from a reputed college in India or Overseas.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business planning, business development, or a related role in the exhibition industry (Preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Project management or business development in a B2B company with at least 2 years of experience in business planning or strategy execution.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Experience of working with customers in the USA, UK, Western Europe or Canada will be an added advantage.
