Role Summary :

Lead and scale critical retail operations across the store network, focusing on :

1. GCC (Command Center Operations)

2. DSD Vendor Management

3. In-Stock & Inventory Availability

The role combines operations, inventory control, fraud prevention, vendor governance, technology adoption, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

1. GCC (Command Center) :

- Manage CCTV surveillance, remote monitoring, and AI-based video analytics.

- Lead stock audits and inventory accuracy programs.

- Own cash reconciliation across POS, UPI, and other payment channels.

- Detect billing leakages, fraud, and compliance violations.

- Drive GCC technology roadmap, dashboards, and system integrations.

2. DSD Vendor Management :

- Manage vendor onboarding, contracts, and compliance.

- Oversee invoice verification, payment reconciliation, and dispute resolution.

- Conduct vendor audits and fraud prevention initiatives.

- Build risk assessment frameworks and strengthen supply chain controls.

3. In-Stock Operations :

- Ensure high product availability across stores.

- Monitor stockouts and inventory health using data-driven tools.

- Define replenishment strategies, safety stock, and reorder policies.

- Identify root causes of inventory issues and implement long-term fixes.

Candidate Profile :

- 6+ years of experience in Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Loss Prevention, or Command Center Operations.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale operations.

- Strong background in data analysis, process improvement, and technology-driven operations.
