We are hiring for a reputed organization in the Power Industry for the role of Senior Manager - Business Monitoring & Governance. We are seeking candidates with proven experience in the Power sector or related industries.

Budget: 35-40lpa (Non-Negotiable)

Role Overview

The individual will serve as an Internal Business Partner, working closely with the CEO to drive key business meetings and support critical decision-making processes. The role involves contributing to 60-80% of the CEO's agenda, while strengthening the organization's overall governance framework.

By closely shadowing the CEO, the incumbent will gain first-hand exposure to driving organizational goals and key strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

- Strong understanding of business fundamentals, preferably in the Power or allied sectors

- A well-rounded, mature professional with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
