Senior Manager - Business Finance - FMCG

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for senior leadership and business units.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of business operations to build robust financial projections and scenario analysis.

- Review and validate financial data to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy in reporting.

- Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to offer financial guidance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Continuously improve reporting processes, automate routine tasks, and enhance dashboards for better decision-making.

- Support the organizations budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning activities.

- Manage and mentor team members, ensuring effective workload distribution and timely delivery of all outputs.

- Present key financial insights and trends in periodic business review meetings with senior stakeholders.
