Senior Manager - Business Finance/Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

- Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts.

- Analyzing financial data and trends to identify opportunities and risks.

- Preparing financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Assisting in the development and implementation of annual budgets and forecasts.

- Monitoring actual performance against budget and identifying variances.

- Performing variance analysis to explain differences in performance and suggest improvements.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.

- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.

Business Partnering:

- Working closely with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to understand their financial needs and goals.

- Providing financial advice and support to business leaders.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

- Using analytical skills to analyze financial data and identify trends and insights.

- Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve financial performance.

Capital Investment Decisions:

- Assisting in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities.

- Developing financial models to assess the viability of investments.

Risk Management:

- Identifying and assessing financial risks.

- Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate financial risks.

Cash Flow Management:

- Monitoring and managing cash flow.

- Developing strategies to improve cash flow.

Other Responsibilities:

- Supporting the development and implementation of financial strategies.

- Participating in financial planning and budgeting processes.

- Assisting with ad hoc projects as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:-

- CA( mandatory) with 7+yrs of Experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis..

- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

- Experience in financial planning and budgeting.
