Senior Manager - Business Finance - CA

Key Responsibilities:

Business Finance & FP&A

- Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance tracking

- Partner with sales, product & ops teams to build models and assess growth opportunities

- Lead cost control, margin analysis, and strategic scenario planning

- Enable real-time decision-making through dashboards and financial KPIs

Investor Relations & Fundraising

- Manage investor updates, board reporting, and due diligence processes

- Create and present MIS, financials (P&L, BS, Cash Flow), and strategic materials

- Support fundraising efforts through valuation models, pitch support, and data rooms

- Collaborate with founders and leadership on capital strategy and investor alignment
