Senior Manager - Business Finance

Job Summary

Lead a team in preparing and delivering accurate, timely MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for senior management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

- Demonstrate deep understanding of Business and ability to work on financial projections considering various factors.

- Review and validate financial data, ensuring consistency and accuracy in reporting.

- Analyze variances against budgets and forecasts, and present insights with recommendations to business stakeholders.

- Partner with Sales, Operations, and other business units to provide financial support, influence strategy, and track KPIs.

- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, automation, and dashboarding.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Manage team workloads, ensure timely delivery of tasks, and mentor team members.

- Present financial insights and trends in business review meetings
