About the Role:
We are launching our Staffing division in India and seeking an experienced sales professional to acquire new clients in Manufacturing, Pharma, Automotive, IT, Healthcare, Telecom, and Banking. This role requires a strategic thinker, market research expert, and go-getter with expertise in Contract Hiring, C2H, and Staff Augmentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and onboard new clients.
- Business Growth: Drive staffing solutions and expand the client portfolio.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze competitors, industry trends, and business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Revenue Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years in business development/sales in the staffing industry.
- Proven success in acquiring clients across multiple industries.
- Strong understanding of staffing models (Contract, C2H, Staff Augmentation).
