Role Overview:

As a Sr. Manager in Business Development, you will be at the forefront of expanding our real estate footprint in Pune. Your day-to-day will involve identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute innovative strategies that align with our business objectives. This role directly impacts our market share, brand reputation, and ultimately, our ability to provide exceptional real estate solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Pune real estate market, expanding our client base and market presence.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including developers, investors, and corporate clients, fostering long-term partnerships and driving sales.

- Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans, aligning with company goals and maximizing revenue generation.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, informing business development strategies and ensuring a competitive edge.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to create compelling value propositions and tailored solutions for clients.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for clients and internal stakeholders.

- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in business development efforts.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to generate and close B2B sales deals within the real estate sector.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

- Comfortable working in an on-site role based in Pune.
