
Senior Business Development Manager - Middle East Region
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation and Prospecting :
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the Middle East. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Market Research :
- Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in the Middle East through thorough market research.
Client Engagement :
- Connect with CTOs and other senior executives to understand their needs and showcase our SaaS-based Claim Processing Software as the best solution.
Sales Strategy :
- Craft and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Customize sales pitches and presentations for the Middle East market.
Relationship Management :
- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients in the region.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with our Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Reporting and Analysis :
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Keep senior management updated on business development activities and market insights.
Travel :
- Travel to the Middle East as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
