Description:
- Identify market and client needs, consolidate them into market requirements, and contribute to building innovative products while improving existing ones for better cost, quality, and performance.
- Conduct primary research with selected customers to gather insights on needs, preferences, and pain points, informing product development and strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities, represent customers internally, and collaborate with leaders across areas for project allocation and resource planning.
- Build, sustain, and maintain long-term relationships with key and strategic clients to ensure quality service delivery, business retention, and enhancement.
- Prepare various marketing materials to generate new leads, including advertisements, mailers, product-specific presentations, catalogues, and videos.
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events.
- Prepare technical presentations and demonstrate how products meet client needs.
- Maintain sound knowledge of competitor portfolios, including mapping their go-to-market (G2M) strategies, local initiatives, and overall approaches.
- Develop, communicate, and implement growth measures.
- Plan and implement marketing and promotion strategies.
