Job Description Summary : Business Development Manager (B2B)
Location: Delhi NCR & Mumbai
Experience Required: 10-14 years
Qualification: PG/Masters degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Development (Preferred)
Role Overview:
- The role involves expanding the organizations presence by partnering with leading hospitals, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving corporate empanelments for healthcare-related services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase regional footprint by onboarding hospitals as partners and promoting company services.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with prospective clients through walk-ins, calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Empanel corporates for employee health card solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen hospital partnerships.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Background in Key Account Management, Institutional Sales, or Distributor Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; confident in representing the company at networking events and in meetings with hospital CXOs.
- Strong alignment with the organizations values: Customer First, Affordability, Reliability, Transparency, and Quality.
