Revenue generation and Growth:


- Develop long-term and short-term PAN India Business Development strategy

- Increase market share in existing target markets and penetrate new geographic markets or industry segments with tailored supply chain solutions.

- Responsible for Lead Generation Company Focused and Capacity Utilization Centric

- Identify potential new areas for growth/ expansion of business

- Responsible for contract negotiation and final sign off with the customer

- Monitor business environment, identify investment opportunities and evaluate proposals

- Provide market intelligence and be up to date about the dynamics of the industry, emerging trends in the markets, competitors offerings and various business models

- Develop strategies to differentiate the company's Food supply chain services from competitors by highlighting unique capabilities, technologies, and value propositions.

- Participate as a member of the senior management team in strategic reviews and discussions

Planning and Budgeting:


- Forecast revenue growth for all the business verticals and conduct budgeting for the year along with the Top Management team

- Ensure achievement of business targets for respective business verticals

- Pitch for the most competitive and profitable rates to the clients.

- Lead in securing contracts, identify potential opportunities; ensuring prequalification; briefing the Solutions team on customer requirements; tender negotiations; and Competitor Analysis

- Create Customer database region wise conduct customer visits regularly

- Leverage opportunity for additional revenues from existing clients

- Represent the company in national/ international sales forums

- Co-ordinate with the Solutions team to pricing and estimation related tasks and providing technical solutions tailored to client needs

ADDITIONALS:


- Enhance brand awareness and recognition in the Food supply chain services market through thought leadership, industry events, and marketing campaigns.

- Continuous Improvement through process optimization including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
