Role Overview:
- Client is seeking an experienced and high-performing Senior Business
- Development Manager with a strong focus on hunting and enterprise sales. This role will be responsible for driving strategic new business initiatives, acquiring high-value clients, and building a scalable revenue pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end new business development and revenue generation
- Identify, engage, and close enterprise and mid-market clients
- Build and manage a strong, high-quality sales pipeline through proactive outreach
- Lead complex sales cycles including negotiations and deal structuring
- Develop strategic account acquisition plans and tailored client solutions
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and acquisition targets
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall sales strategy
- Stay informed on industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in B2B/D2C sales with a strong hunting background
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and closing high-value deals
- Experience in FMCG, Electronics, HPC, BPC, or related sectors preferred
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and solution selling
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly driven, independent, and performance-focused
- Experience using CRM tools and managing
